i. Route to Export: The route number can be fed in, and exported to the
ECDIS.

2.5.7 Datum

GPS calculates position using WGS 84 DATUM. When the ownship is
sailing in a particular

area, a chart datum reference is given to the GPS by selecting it from the
mentioned list and

clicking the ENT button, set to allow datum shift from WGS 84 position to
selected DATUM.

The following information is displayed in the Lat/Long. Mode: -

a. Datum: The DATUM in use is the GPS datum is WGS84.

b. Route: The current route number is displayed.

c. WP: The current waypoint number is displayed.
