6. POINTER MOVEMENT: Select the up/down or left/right direction arrow
          keys to move the cursor respectively.
          7. NUMBER PAD: Select the numbers to be fed in from the number pad
          by left clicking the mouse.

          8. GPS NAVIGATOR WINDOW: This window is provided to carry out
          various operations to get maximum usage of a GPS. All parameter values
          are fed and read from this window.

          9. GPS MARKER: There are three markers in a GPS, namely MOB, ANC
          and WP.

          MOB: Man Over Board
          ANC: Anchorage.

          WP: Waypoint Marker

          10.  MESSAGE  WINDOW:  Alarms  and  GPS  error  messages  are
          displayed here.
          11. GPS MODES: After the GPS is initialized any of the listed modes can
          be  selected  to  carry  out  various  operations.  The  GPS  modes  are  as
          follows:

          INIT: Initialize

          RTE: Route Planning

          PREFS: Preferences
          L/L: Latitude/Longitude

          DATUM: Chart Datum

          SAT: Satellite Positions

          WPT: Waypoint Details
          12. IMPORT RTE: Used for importing route(s) from the ECDIS.

          13. EXPORT RTE: Used for exporting route(s) to the ECDIS.

          2.5.3 Route Planning

          a. In the Route Planning mode, provide the route number by clicking on
          the number pad and then clicking ENT button.
